I'm Carl Davies. I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I own Elements Fitness & Wellbeing in Stafford and I've spent the last two decades watching the recovery equipment market get more expensive, more complicated and further from reach for most gym owners and everyday people.
So I went direct.
In 2026 I flew to China and visited two of the world's leading recovery equipment manufacturers. I walked their factory floors, watched them bend and weld steel into HBOT chambers, saw their moulding facilities for ice baths and met the people building the products firsthand. I got in an ice bath in their demonstration facility at 59 years old. I shook hands with their leadership teams and secured exclusive UK distribution rights for both brands.
Neither manufacturer had sold a single unit in the UK before I walked through their doors.
Elements Health Hub is the result of that trip. The UK's only official exclusive distributor for premium ice baths, hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers, red light therapy, infrared saunas, floatation pods and cryotherapy equipment — bought direct from the factory, with no middlemen and no inflated margins.
Why I built this
I use every product I sell. Daily ice baths. Regular HBOT sessions. Red light therapy. Infrared sauna sessions. I'm approaching my 60th birthday with 11.7% body fat and a metabolic age of 44. Recovery isn't a trend to me — it's the reason I'm in the best shape of my life at nearly 60.
I wanted to bring that same access to gym owners, clinics, spas and individuals across the UK at prices that actually make sense.
